Refund policy

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our magickal goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Each item is lovingly handmade and is created, prepared, and energetically worked with a specific intention.

Please carefully review the product description and your order details before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund, no-return policy.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an issue caused by an error on our part, please contact us promptly after delivery. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, work with you toward a suitable resolution.
